Pine Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to play a key role contributing to the capital formation and business development initiatives.  The Associate will assist in all aspects of investor relations including, but not limited to, meeting with investor leads, creation of marketing and due diligence materials, and producing fund reporting for investors on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis, as well as updating fund specific data within existing communications. The candidate must have strong organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills, as well as strong communication capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee tracking of activity and ongoing outreach in CRM 
  • Work directly with prospective investors to follow up on prospect specific inquiries and develop materials for use (e.g., DDQs, track record analyses, investor requests, etc.) 
  • Assist with prospective client meetings, ad hoc due diligence requests, and preparation specific to performance, portfolio positioning, etc.  
  • Managing relationships with existing investors and assisting with ad hoc transactions such as additional investments or redemption requests. 
  • Participate in discussions with the leadership team to maintain a strong understanding of the deal pipeline, investment themes, and general market environment. This will facilitate communications with both new and existing investors to drive capital formation initiatives and manage investor relations. 
  • Ongoing coordination and communication with our third-party fund administrator to facilitate timely and accurate investor reporting, document distribution, and fund accounting. 

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of investor relations or capital raising experience
  • CFA and/or CPA candidates are preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy and organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment 

Compensation and Benefits: 

The base salary range for the position is approximated to be $75,000 to $90,000. The position is eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and other economics. Individual bonuses are determined based on individual, team, and company performance.  Eligible employees are offered a full suite of benefit options.
